• If we made an error let us know and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
• If you made an error let us know and we'll try to help.
• As long as you're nice we'll do just about anything to make you happy with your purchase.

Return Shipping Fees

If you are returning an item because of our error or a defective product, we will refund your original shipping charges.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, you may be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

*Exceptions

In order to protect ourselves against fraud, orders of personalized items over $100 may not be eligible eligible for voluntary returns.
